My name is Lance L. Cook, your Good Neighbor and local State Farm Agent. My wife, Ellen, and our three children, Lance Jr., Andy and MaryElla, and I have been enjoying the Hickory community for nineteen years.

Our office on Highway 127 in the Viewmont area of Hickory, NC has been open for more than 5 years. Ours is one of only eleven State Farm agents with two offices in the state of North Carolina. We service Northwest Hickory, Taylorsville, Lenoir, Hudson, Granite Falls and beyond, providing you with auto, home, health and life insurance as well as financial services.

We have qualified for President's Club and Senior Vice Presidents Club. We have also been awarded Chairman Circle 13 times, and Ambassadors Club every year. We pride ourselves in quickly answering the phones and providing excellent customer service. We are also the only local office open until 5:30 on weekdays and Saturdays from 9am-12pm.

We sponsor Lenoir Rhyne University Athletics and the LRU Bears Club. We also are a Platinum sponsor for Hickory Academy, (HCA) sponsoring both the athletic and academic programs at HCA. I also sponsor the Newton Conover Football Golf tournament as well as St. Stephens and Hickory High Athletics. We have the opportunity to teach Insurance classes at our local high school too.
